We are a two-truck lawn company. The only information we hold about you is what it takes to find your yard, cut it on the right day, and send you an invoice.

Almost everything we hold arrives over the phone, not through this website. Specifically:
This website has no account system, no login, no cart and no checkout, so there is nothing here to register for and no order history to store. We never take card numbers through this site. Card payments are taken over the phone at the time of payment and processed by our payment provider; the full card number is not written down, stored in a file or kept in any system we control. We do not collect social security numbers, dates of birth, or any financial information beyond what a card payment requires at the moment it is run.
This site is static. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels of its own. Our host records ordinary server access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — which exist for security and troubleshooting and are discarded on the host's normal schedule. If you arrive here from an ad, the advertising platform may set its own cookie under its own policy; that is the platform's collection, not ours, and we do not receive names or contact details from it.
To quote the work, schedule it, perform it, and bill for it. That is the entire list. We use your phone number to reach you about your own service — a route moved by weather, a gate we could not open, an invoice that has not been paid. We do not run marketing campaigns to past customers, we do not send newsletters, and we do not text promotions.
Nobody, with three narrow exceptions: the payment processor that runs a card transaction, the accountant who prepares this company's tax filings, and a lawful request from a government authority. We do not sell, rent, trade or share customer information with anyone, and we do not sell job requests to other lawn companies. This company has no referral arrangement, no lead-generation partner and no affiliate program. If we tell you that a licensed applicator should handle your weed or insect problem, we hand you a name and take nothing for it — we do not pass your details to them, and you contact them yourself.
Working notes and property photos are kept while you are a customer and for about a year after the last visit, in case you come back. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period Florida tax rules require. Anything else is deleted when it stops being useful.

If you ask for deletion, we remove everything except the invoice records we are required to retain, and we say so plainly rather than pretending the file is empty. There is no form to fill out and no waiting period beyond the time it takes to get to a computer.
This is a lawn maintenance company. Our services are sold to property owners and managers, and this site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
If it changes, the date at the top changes with it and the current version is always the one posted here.
